Once receiving our clients' inquiry, Hengxin technical sales team will firstly collect relevant information from the clients, including detailed product specifications, product application, specific product requirements of gelatin or collagen, etc. Based on the information collected, Hengxin technical sales team will do according product recommendation according to their years' experience.
During the inquiry stage, they may also consult different technicians from the product application center to better meet different client’s gelatin demand.
Once our samples are approved by clients, Hengxin will start mass product according to the approved samples. In case of any application issues after Hengxin goods reach its clients, Hengxin will firstly organize online meetings with its overseas clients or assign its technical team directly abroad to solve the issues together with its clients.
Hengxin products can be packed in neutral bags or in Hengxin’s own branded bags according to clients’ different requirements. Besides, our products can be packed in wooden or plastic pallets or without pallets. Furthermore, air shipment, sea shipment, truck delivery are all available in our factory. Air shipment is usually selected by urgent trial order or small trial order while sea shipment is usually chosen based on 20GP FCL or 40HQ FCL. As for truck delivery, it is mainly used for our clients from Russia or other in-land countries. Clients are welcome to consults our technical sales team about the most suitable shipping way for them.
